Approach to Owner's Representation
I work exclusively in the Owner's best interests, providing independent oversight to ensure every project decision remains aligned with the Owner's vision, objectives and investment. Acting as an extension of the Owner and their team, I coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders to maintain accountability, reduce risk and promote effective collaboration. This enables the Owner to make informed decisions while maintaining greater control, transparency and confidence throughout every stage of the project.

Independent Oversight for Project Success

The success of any project depends on disciplined management of budget, programme, quality and communication. As your Owner's Representative, one of my first responsibilities is to review and validate the project budget, programme and delivery strategy, confirming they are aligned with the agreed objectives and project scope. During this initial due diligence phase, I identify project risks, establish appropriate controls and implement practical measures that support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.
